At Seed & Sands, we want you to love your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and details before placing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us with resolving the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@seedandsands.com

We will work with the courier company to investigate the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered once the courier investigation has been completed.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The incorrect item was received.

  • The item cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind purchases.

  • Incorrect shipping details were supplied by the customer.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of products.


Return Process

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Include original packaging where possible.

  • Be returned within the timeframe advised by Seed & Sands.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
