Every Seed & Sands order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product launches, promotions, and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Seed & Sands cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@seedandsands.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
